Because each product is custom-made and produced on demand, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, change of mind, or general dissatisfaction.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, size charts, and design details before completing a purchase to ensure satisfaction with your order.

That said, your experience matters to us. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or if you receive the wrong item, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work quickly to review the issue and provide a resolution.
